BMW Cars has successfully re-launched the X4 coupe SUV in India. Priced at Rs 96.20 lakh (ex-showroom), the new model will be offered in limited numbers and can be booked online via BMW Online Shop. Additionally, the first-ever BMW X4 M40i will be brought as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) from today onwards.
From the design perspective, the new X4 M40i highlights a coupe-like appearance. Upfront, it showcases its dark BMW M kidney grille with a chrome frame. Besides, the car gets glossy double kidney bars in Black, LED headlamps, L-shaped LED DRLs, skid plates, and new 20-inch Jet Black M light alloy wheels with glossy Red brake callipers.
From the inside, the mid-size SUV provides a great level of comfort with a clearly structured interior. It is offered with a dual-tone theme with twin 12.3-inch screens for both infotainment and instrument cluster. Other interior features include ambient lighting, reclining rear seats, a 3-zone climate control system, a panoramic sunroof, and more.
BMW has equipped the new X4 M40i with a 3.0-litre Turbo inline 6-cylinder petrol unit. This can produce 360 bhp of power with 50 Nm of torque. The engine also has 48-volt mild hybrid technology. As claimed by the brand, the SUV can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 4.9 seconds. Transmission duties are handled by an 8-speed Steptronic automatic gearbox. Besides, there are different driving models for the car such as Eco Pro, Comfort, Sport, and Sport Plus.
