Jeep India has updated the price list of its compact SUV, the Compass. Its entry-level Sport trim is now affordable by Rs 1.7 lakh. Previously, it was priced at Rs 20.69 lakh (ex-showroom) and is now offered at Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom). However, other trims of the Compass get a price hike of Rs 14,000.
Moreover, other trims Longitude (O) and Limited (O) 4x4 have been removed from the line-up.
With the updated price list, the Compass SUV’s base variant is now priced at Rs 18.99 lakh while its top-spec variant retails at Rs 32.42 lakh. Check the updated price list. (All prices are ex-showroom).

As for the features, the Compass compact SUV comes loaded with a range of features. It has a 10.1-inch infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital driver's display, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. Other equipment includes ventilated front seats, keyless entry, a premium Alpine sound system, rain-sensing wipers, and more. On the safety front, the compact SUV is offered with 6 airbags (standard), electronic stability control, ABS, EBD, 360-degree camera system, and front & rear parking sensors.
Jeep Compass is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine. This unit can produce a maximum power of 167 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. Transmission duties are handled by a 6-speed manual or 9-speed automatic gearbox. The SUV also has a front-wheel and all-wheel drive system. The AWD can also be opted with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
