Mahindra had started delivering the XUV 3XO across India on May 26. About 1500 units were delivered to the customers on the first day of its delivery commencement. This should be noted that only the customers who booked MX2 PRO, MX3, MX3 PRO, AX5, and AX5 L trims can get their car delivered to them. However, for the other trims, customers will have to wait for July this year.
As we covered earlier, Mahindra will only deliver select variants of the XUV 3XO. The SUV has nine trims - MX1, MX2, MX2 PRO, MX3, MX3 PRO, AX5, AX5 L, AX7, and AX7 L. Out of these, only MX3, MX3 PRO, AX5, and AX5 L can be delivered to the customers. Other trims are expected to be despatched later.
The entry-level MX1 and MX2 are likely to be despatched by June 2024, while the top-end AX7 and AX7 L models could possibly be despatched by late June or early July.
The XUV 3XO is powered by three engine options. The 1.2-litre turbo petrol and the 1.2-litre TGDi turbo petrol can deliver the power output of 109bhp/200 Nm and 129bhp/230Nm, respectively. Its 1.5-litre diesel unit can produce a maximum power of 115 bhp and 300 Nm of max torque. These engine choices are coupled with a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed AMT, and an automatic torque converter gearbox. The mileage of this sub-4m ranges from 18.89 kmpl for turbo-petrol MT and 21.20 kmpl for diesel AMT.
Mahindra XUV 3XO is priced from Rs 7.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base model while its high-end trim stands at Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
