Mahindra has announced that their popular XUV700 SUV has hit a 2 lakh production milestone since its launch in August 2021. To celebrate this, the renowned automaker has introduced two new colour choices for the SUV.
The XUV700 was previously available with seven exterior paint schemes including Everest White, Midnight Black, Red Rage, Napoli Black, Matter Blaze Red, Dazzling Silver, and Electric Blue. With the two new colour choices, the SUV is available in nine colours in total including the new Deep Forest and Burnt Sienna.
Mahindra XUV700 is powered by two engine choices. The 2.0-litre turbo-charged petrol can produce the maximum power of 198 bhp and 380 Nm of torque while its 2.2-litre turbocharged diesel engine can deliver two states of tune (152 bhp/360Nm and 183 bhp/420Nm). Transmission duties are handled by a 6-speed manual, torque converter automatic.
Mahinda XUV700 SUV comes with seven variants namely MX, AX3, AX5, AX5 Select, AX7, AX7 Luxury, and AX7 Luxury Blaze Edition. Recently, a new variant, AX5 Select has also joined the lineup. The SUV is priced at Rs 13.99 lakh for the base model and goes up to Rs 26.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
