Many automakers have lined up new cars to launch in 2025. Brands like Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, and Renault have also plans to roll out their new seven-seater cars in the market. These upcoming SUVs will offer plenty of space and feature-packed interiors.
Take a look at the upcoming 7-seater SUVs in India!
One of the popular automakers, Maruti Suzuki currently has the 5-seater Grand Vitara on sale. The SUV has received immense love from Indian customers for its design, features, and fuel efficiency. The brand is now planning to bring its larger version by the next year. The 7-seater Grand Vitara will come with a hybrid setup. It will be manufactured at the Maruti's Kharkhoda Plant. Price-wise, it will get a slight increase over the current pricing of smaller Grand Vitara.
Toyota India is excited to launch two all-new SUVs in 2025. One of these will be a 7-seater SUV while the other one will be an electric version which will be based on the Toyota Urban SUV concept. Basically, the upcoming Toyota seven-seater SUV will be a larger version of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder. It is likely to get a 1.5-litre K15 C petrol paired to a mild hybrid setup and the 1.5-litre Atkinson Cycle with a strong hybrid system.
Dacia Bigster recently made its global debut at the Paris Motor Show. For the Indian market, it could come as Renault Duster in 2025. This should be noted that the global-spec model was revealed in a 5-seater layout while the Indians could get the 7-seater layout. Under the hood, it could get a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine with the AWD setup or a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine. A hybrid unit can also be on offer in the future. It is expected to be priced between Rs 14 lakh to Rs 22 lakh (ex-showroom) in India.
