2 AMG editions launched in India GLE at Rs 1.52 crore, A45 S at Rs 87 lakh Performance and Track focus
Mercedes-Benz has launched two new AMG special editions in India – the Mercedes-AMG GLE Coupe Performance Edition and the Mercedes-AMG A45 S Track Edition.
Both models bring additional features and performance-focused upgrades, further strengthening the brand’s AMG lineup in India.
Priced at Rs 1.52 crore (ex-showroom), the GLE Coupe Performance Edition sits at the top of the lineup.
This version comes with the AMG Dynamic Plus Package as standard, which adds active roll stabilisation for better handling.
Other highlights include red brake callipers, 22-inch black alloy wheels, silver side steps and an AMG Performance steering wheel.
In terms of design, it features LED headlamps, a bold AMG grille and sporty rear styling with dual exhausts.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 3.0-litre inline-six turbo petrol engine producing 435 hp and 520 Nm. It is paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive system.
The SUV can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.3 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kmph.

The A45 S Track Edition has been launched at Rs 87 lakh (ex-showroom).
This marks the return of the A45 AMG to India after nearly three years, now in a limited-edition form.
The Track Edition is designed for enthusiasts, focusing more on sporty styling and performance appeal.
It also comes with multiple design enhancements and track-focused elements, making it stand out from the standard version.
Mercedes-Benz India has reported its best-ever financial year in FY2026.
The company sold 19,363 units between April 2025 and March 2026.
It also recorded a 7% year-on-year growth in Q1 2026, with 5,131 units sold.
