BYD India has launched the updated Atto 3 with new affordable variants, features, and colour options. The electric SUV is now offered in three variants - Dynamic, Premium, and Superior, starting from Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom). New Cosmos Black exterior paint has also been added to the existing colour options. Interested customers can book the latest BYD Atto 3 at the token amount of Rs 50,000. Deliveries for the electric SUV are expected to begin in the coming weeks.
Previously, the Atto 3 was available only in a single fully loaded trim. With the latest update, the electric SUV gets three variants. The base variant Dynamic comes with a smaller battery pack of 49.92 kWh while the other two Premium and Superior variants get a larger 60.48 kWh battery pack.
The smaller battery pack has a maximum range of 468 km while the larger battery pack offers an impressive 521 km of range (ARAI-claimed). As for the charging time, the Atto 3's battery can be charged from 0-80 percent in 50 minutes with a DC charger while the AC charger can take about 8 hours.
