The 2024 BYD Atto 3 electric premium SUV has been launched in the Indian market. With the model year update, BYD India has introduced the new e-SUV in 4 variants. Earlier, it was only available in a single, fully loaded variant. Now, the SUV is available in 3 variants - Dynamic, Premium and Superior.
Dynamic - Rs 24.99 lakh
Premium - Rs 29.85 lakh
Superior - Rs 33.99 lakh

The base Dynamic variant of the Atto 3 comes fitted with a 49.92kWh battery pack, while the Premium and Superior variants are equipped with 60.48kWh battery pack. All three models are equipped with a front-axle mounted electric motor rated at 210hp and 310Nm of torque.
The 2024 BYD Atto 3 Dynamic is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph in 7.9 seconds, while the Premium and Superior variants can achieve the same acceleration in 7.3 seconds. The smaller battery pack variant is claimed to offer an ARAI certified range of 468kms on a single charge. On the other hand, the other variants with 60.48kWh battery pack offers a claimed range of 521km.

Using a fast DC charger, the battery can be charged from 0-80% in just 50 minutes. The smaller battery pack can be fully charged using AC charger in 8 hours, while the bigger battery takes around 9.5-10 hours to fully charge.

We recommend you to go for the base Dynamic variant, as it gets all the necessary features available in most of the EVs in the segment. It is priced really well at 24.99 lakh and offers a great value-for-money proposition. If you want features like ADAS then the top-spec Superior variant is the right product for you.
