Upcoming Mahindra XUV400 EV has already made its impression for being a feature-packed vehicle in the market. Before its official launch, which is scheduled for early 2024, a leaked picture of an internal presentation has revealed a few essential details regarding the EV.
Read on to find out which features will be offered with the Mahindra XUV 400 EV:
The upcoming XUV400 electric will be offered with two new trims; EC Pro and EL Pro. However, it is not clear if these two variants will be add-ons or replacements of the existing EC and EL trims.
Talking about the features, the EC Pro will boast Dual Automatic Temperature Control (DATC), push button start/stop function, passive keyless entry, rear AC vents, and more. Earlier, these features were provided in the top-spec EL trim only.
On the other hand, the EL Pro variant will provide an updated cabin and a redesigned dashboard that will feature larger screens and a new steering wheel. Additional equipment will include dual 10.25-inch displays for infotainment and the instrument cluster which would be running Mahindra's Adrenox software.
Other features would include wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity, dual-zone climate control with memory function, Alexa connectivity, wireless phone charging, rear USB ports, rear AC vents, and more.
XUV400 EV will offer a smaller 34.5 kWh battery pack for the EC Pro and a larger 39.4 kWh battery unit for the EL Pro, as suggested in the leaked documents. While the smaller battery will offer a claimed range of 375 km, the larger battery pack is expected to provide a 456 km range on a single full charge. Additionally, the EV is believed to be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 8.3 seconds having a top speed of 150 kmph.
