Maruti Ignis Radiance Edition launched at Rs 5.49 lakh It is Rs 35,000 cheaper than its base Sigma variant This accessory kit is not available for the mid-spec Delta variant
Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Radiance Edition for its Ignis hatchback. Priced at Rs 5.84 lakh, the special edition is an accessory kit, similar to Maruti Brezza Urbano Edition. The Ignis Radiance Edition is available for all variants except for the mid-spec Delta variant.
With the introduction of the Radiance Edition, the Ignis is now Rs 35,000 cheaper, from Rs 5.84 lakh to Rs 5.49 lakh. Talking about the base model, the Sigma Radiance edition’s kit costs Rs 3,650 which offers all-wheel covers, body side moulding (in chrome), and door visors. Purchasing these items separately would cost Rs 5,320.
The pricing of the top-spec Zeta and Alpha variants of the Radiance edition also went down by Rs 35,000. Both variants are offered with cushions, seat covers, door visors, and door cladding, worth Rs 9,500. On purchasing these items individually worth Rs 11,971.
Under the hood, no changes have been made. Maruti Ignis continues to be powered by a single petrol engine. With a 1.2-litre petrol unit, it can produce a power of 80 bhp and 113 Nm of torque. Transmission jobs include either a 5-speed MT or AMT. It offers the maximum fuel efficiency of 20.89 kmpl for both transmission options.
