Maruti Suzuki is planning to launch a new edition for Alto K10, S-Presso, and Celerio. Named 'Dream Series', this special edition will be available in limited numbers only. It is likely to be launched on June 4 and can be priced at Rs 4.99 lakh. Bookings for the same have already started from today. Interested customers can book this new edition by visiting the official website or authorized dealerships.
The new Dream Series edition is expected to offer more features on the Maruti enter-level hatchbacks. Some of these might be an infotainment screen with smartphone connectivity, a sound system, a reverse parking camera, and more.
Upon the launch of this Dream Series edition, prices for the Maruti cars will be affected. The current ex-showroom prices for the Alto K10, Celerio, and S-Presso are as follows:
Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 - Rs 3.99 lakh
Maruti Suzuki S-Presso - Rs 4.26 lakh
Maruti Suzuki Celerio - Rs 5.36 lakh
Based on the monthly sales report, Maruti sold 11,519 units of Alto K10 and S-Presso in April 2024. Compared to last year's sales report, the numbers have dropped as last year in April 2023, it secured 14,110 units. By launching this new Dream Series edition, Maruti aims to boost the sales of its entry-level hatchbacks.
