Mercedes has launched the Maybach SL 680 Monogram today, with a starting price of Rs 4.2 Crore (ex-showroom). The Maybach lineup had SUVs and sedans until this two-door convertible. This model combines the luxury quotient and sporty attributed together to offer the customer with the best of both worlds. Here have a closer look at this newly launched SL 680 Monogram series.
The SL 680 Monogram series comes in two color options, white and red offered with a contrasting black shade. Both of these color combos look charming on the body style of this model. The front fascia comes with the premium Maybach grille and bumper. Many Maybach logos can be seen in places including the bonnet and lower section of the bumper.
The car features sleek and sharp LED headlights. On the sides, the model is offered with 21-inch alloy wheels with design to Maybach cars. The back looks pretty sporty with LED taillights and plenty of chrome elements around the diffuser.
The interior of the SL 680 Monogram screams luxury with a steering wheel and upholstery that features Maybach-specific elements for a unique look. Apart from that, it comes with a large vertically positioned 11.9-inch infotainment and 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, premium soft-touch leather materials at most places, multi-color ambient lighting, and powered seats with memory functions.
The Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series is offered with a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine. This engine is claimed to deliver about 582 bhp and 800 Nm of peak torque. It is an all four-wheel drive with a 9-speed automatic transmission and accelerates from 0-100 kmph in just 4 seconds.
