BMW 7 Series facelift revealed globally. More tech, luxury and EV range added. India launch expected by 2026-27.
BMW has officially revealed the updated BMW 7 Series globally. The flagship sedan now comes with new design tweaks, more features, and improved technology. It is expected to arrive in India by late 2026 or early 2027.

The new 7 Series gets a refreshed exterior design.
It features a large illuminated kidney grille, sleek headlamps, and a clean, sculpted body. The rear section also gets updated lighting elements.
Buyers can choose M Sport and M Sport Pro packages, along with 20-inch to 22-inch alloy wheels and dual-tone paint options.

Inside, the 7 Series continues to focus on comfort and premium materials like leather, wood, metal, and glass.
It now gets the latest BMW Panoramic iDrive system along with a new passenger display.
Rear passengers benefit from the upgraded Theatre Screen with 8K streaming, along with a Bowers & Wilkins audio system with Dolby Atmos.
The updated 7 Series will be offered with petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric powertrains.
The electric version now delivers a range of over 720 km (WLTP), making it one of the most capable luxury EVs.

The sedan comes with adaptive air suspension as standard, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride.
It also gets advanced systems like Integral Active Steering and AI-based driver assistance features.
Functions such as hands-free highway driving up to 130 kmph and smart parking assistance are also part of the package.
Production of the new 7 Series will begin in Germany, with global sales starting from mid-2026.
In India, the current model is priced around Rs 1.83 crore (ex-showroom), and the updated version is expected to launch soon after.
