January 2025 was the most exciting month for the auto sector since numerous new cars, SUVs, and electric vehicles were launched. Most of these new launches happened at Bharat Mobility Show 2025; one of the biggest events held in India for showcasing automobiles. The show offered wide-ranging vehicles-from the very traditional fuel-powered cars to the latest electric models-and hence something for each type of consumer.
Here is a full list of new cars, SUVs, and EVs that were launched this month:.

Hyundai has launched Creta Electric at Bharat Mobility Show 2025. It is priced at Rs. 17.99 lakh to go all the ways upto Rs. 24.37 lakh, exshowroom. It is available in four broad trims: Executive, Smart, Premium, and Excellence. Creta EV has reached at dealership in pan India.

The fourth generation BMW X3 has been launched at Auto Expo 2025. It is priced at Rs. 77.80 lakh, ex-showroom. It comes with both turbo-petrol and diesel engine options. BMW X3 gets all its new interior and exterior design from BMW 5 series.

BMW has launched it all-new electric iX1 LWB at Bharat Mobility Show 2025. It is priced at Rs. 49 lakh lakh, ex-showroom. BMW iX1 LWB comes with 66.4kWh battery with a range of 531km. It delivers 204 hp and 250 Nm of torque. It can go 0-100kmh in 8.6 seconds.

The Mercedes Benz has launched the 5-seater version of EQS EV SUV, which is named as EQS 450. This variant is priced at Rs. 1.28 crore, ex-showroom. The old version EQS 580, which is 7-seater, priced at Rs. 1.42 crore, ex-showroom. EQS 450 offers same battery as EQS 580. Both models are locally assembled at Merecdes-Benz' Chakan facility.

At Bharat mobility Show 2025, Mercedes-Benz has launched EQS Maybach SUV Night Series. It is priced at Rs. 2.63 crore, ex-showroom. It gets few changes as compared to standard version. Night series comes with dark chrome grille, blacked out running board with the Maybach logo, and black leather seats. It comes with 122kWh battery pack with a range of 600km on single charge.

The Maybach GLS 600 Night Series has been launch by Mercedes-Benz. It is priced at Rs. 3.71 crore, ex-showroom. It comes with visual updates and available in three colours. It has all-black theme like, 22-inch black alloy wheels, nappa leather black seats, and all interior with Night Series specific graphics.

Mercedes-Benz has launched G 580, offically know as Mercedes G 580 with EQ technology, at Rs. 3 crore, ex-showroom. The brand has showcased this model at Auto Expo 2025. It gains so much attention at the show because of its special function G-Turn. This means that it can rotate 360 degree on the spot. There is also G-Steering feature for reducing the turning circle by pivoting around an individual wheel.

Lotus has launched these two model Emira and Emeya, at Rs. 3.2 crore and Rs. 2.3 crore, ex-showroom resepectively.The Emira is ICE model and Emeya is the electric roadster. Emira comes with three variants: Turbo, Turbo SE, V6. The all-electric Emeya roadster is also comes with three variants: Emeya, Emeya S, and Emeya R.

Porsche has launched Macan EV at Auto Expo 2025. It is priced at Rs. 1.21 crore and goes all the way up to Rs. 1.68 crore, ex-showroom. Macan EV is the brand's first all-electric SUV in India.It comes with 100kWh battery with a range of 590km on single charge.

Porsche has launched Taycan Facelift at Rs. 1.89 crore and goes upto Rs. 2.53 crore, ex-showroom. The brand has installed 89kWh battery pack which can be upgraded to a 105kWh unit with an optional performance battery plus pack. It can go upto maximum range of 629km.

The fourth-generation avatar, Mini Cooper S, has got a new john Cooper Works Pack variant, at Rs. 55.99 lakh, ex-showroom. It comes with the same 2-door mechanicals with few changes in design elements. It comes with the same 2-litre four cylinder turbo-petrol engine, which delivers 201.20 bhp and 300 Nm of torque.
Tata Motors India has launched 2025 Tiago with starting price of Rs. 5 lakh, which goes upto Rs. 7.30 lakh, ex-showroom. The EV version of 2025 Tata Tiago is prices at Rs. 8 lakh and go all the ways upto Rs. 11.14 lakh, ex-showroom. The 2025 Tiago CNG comes with the starting price of Rs. 6 lakh to Rs. 8.20 lakh, ex-showroom.
Tata Motors has launched 2025 Tigor before Auto Expo 2025. It is priced at Rs. 6 lakh and goes upto Rs. 8.50 lakh, ex-showroom. The updated lineup comes with the five variants: XM, XT, XZ, XZ Plus, and XZ Plus Lux. The old variant XE is now discontinues from the model lineup.
Tata Motors India get its model, Nexon update with two additional colours and three new variants. It is priced at Rs. 7.99 lakh, ex-showroom. The brand has discontinued Pure, Pure S, Creative Plus, and Fearless trim and add Pure Plus, and Pure Plus S in the lineip. It comes with the same engine as the standard variant.
The Jaguar Land Rover Defender V8 has launched in India at Rs. 1.39 crore, ex-showroom. It is available in three trims: 90, 110, and 130. The complete price list has not been disclosed. The 130 variant gets both 7-seater and 8-seater layouts.
The Vavye EVA has been launched at Bharat Mobility Show 2025. It is priced at Rs. 3.25 lakh and goes all the way upto Rs. 4.49 crore, ex-showroom. It comes with three variants: Nova, Stella, and Vega. EVA offers in two-seater configuration. It comes with a battery pack choices: 9kWh, 12.6kWh, and 18kWh.
