The launch of the Nissan Magnite Facelift is around the corner. Ahead of its official arrival on October 4, the compact SUV has been spied testing, revealing its few design elements and features. Recently, the brand dropped the official teaser for the Magnite facelift. Let's see what new details we have got.
The 2024 Magnite facelift will get new 6-spoke dual alloy wheels. However, these alloy wheels are expected to be in the same size (16-inch) as the current model. Other noteworthy exterior design elements include a revised front grille with updated headlight housings, tweaked front bumper, and tail lights.
The cabin layout of the facelifted Magnite will remain the same. However, new colours on interior trims and new fabric upholstery on seats are expected to be on offer. Some of its tech features will include a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment and a 7-inch driver's display, a single-pane sunroof, a wireless phone charger, and more.
Nissan Magnite facelift will be powered by the same engine options offered in the regular model. It will take power from a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. The former can push out 71 bhp/96 Nm while the latter can deliver 99 bhp with up to 160 Nm. Transmission choices will include a 5-speed MT, AMT, and CVT.
The current Magnite SUV is priced at Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10.66 lakh (ex-showroom). As for the facelift version, the brand could slightly increase the price, somewhere around Rs 6.30 lakh (ex-showroom). Upon launch, it will compete with other subcompact SUVs such as Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, and Renault Kiger.
