Eight new cars are set to launch in India this July. Maruti, Renault, Nissan, Toyota, MG and Honda are on the list. Here's everything you can expect from the upcoming launches.
The Indian car market is set for a busy month with several new launches lined up in July 2026. From affordable hatchbacks to premium SUVs and electric cars, brands like Renault, Nissan, Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, MG, Honda, Skoda and Audi are preparing to introduce new models.
Here's a look at the eight cars expected to launch in India soon.
Renault will kick off the month with the launch of the updated Kwid on July 3.
The hatchback is expected to receive a refreshed look with new Y-shaped LED DRLs, revised bumpers, new alloy wheels and updated tail lamps. Inside, it could get a larger touchscreen infotainment system and a redesigned dashboard. The existing 1.0-litre petrol engine with manual and AMT gearbox options is likely to continue.
Nissan's all-new midsize SUV, the Tekton, will make its global debut on July 9.
Built on the same platform as the new Renault Duster, the Tekton will have its own styling with a more upright design inspired by the Nissan Patrol. It is expected to come with turbo-petrol engine options, while hybrid technology is yet to be confirmed.

JSW MG Motor India has scheduled a new product reveal for July 16.
The upcoming SUV is expected to be based on the globally sold Wuling Starlight 560 and will become MG's first plug-in hybrid SUV in India. It is likely to offer a combination of petrol power and electric driving capability.
Maruti Suzuki is expected to launch the updated Brezza on July 23.
The facelift is likely to get new alloy wheels, updated front and rear styling, a larger touchscreen infotainment system and an underbody-mounted CNG tank that frees up more boot space. The current 1.5-litre petrol and CNG engine options are expected to continue.
Toyota is also expected to introduce the new-generation Hilux this month.
The pickup truck gets a completely updated design and a more modern cabin with additional features. Mechanically, it is likely to retain the 2.8-litre diesel engine with both manual and automatic gearbox options.
Skoda will expand the Kodiaq range with the launch of the Kodiaq RS.
The performance SUV comes with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 265PS, paired with a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive. It also gets sportier styling and several RS-specific updates inside and out.

Audi could also launch the A6 e-tron in India later this month.
Based on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), the electric sedan is expected to arrive with a 100kWh battery pack and a claimed WLTP range of up to 756km on a full charge.
