Skoda India has officially started production of the 2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift at its Chakan plant in Pune. The refreshed SUV is now all set for its market launch in March 2026.
Here’s everything you need to know about bookings, deliveries, and key updates.
Production of the 2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift has commenced at the Chakan facility near Pune. The updated SUV had made its debut earlier this year and will now reach showrooms very soon.
The company has confirmed that prices will be announced in March 2026.

The price announcement is expected in early to mid-March, likely around March 15 or March 20.
Deliveries of the new Kushaq facelift are scheduled to begin by the end of March 2026.
Pre-bookings are currently open for a token amount of Rs 15,000. Customers can book the SUV at Skoda India dealerships or through the official website.
The facelift brings noticeable styling changes.
At the front, the SUV gets a redesigned grille with a segmented LED light bar. The LED headlamps are reprofiled and come with new DRLs. The bumper and skid plate have also been updated.
At the rear, the Kushaq features new LED taillights connected by an LED light bar along with illuminated ‘Skoda’ lettering. These changes give the SUV a more premium and modern look.
The cabin of the new Kushaq gets major upgrades.
It now comes with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring Google Gemini AI assistant. There is also a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster.
One of the segment-first features is the rear seat massage function. The SUV also gets a panoramic sunroof, 6-way power-adjustable and ventilated front seats, automatic climate control, a wireless charger, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
These additions aim to make the SUV more comfortable and tech-focused.

Safety has also been improved in the updated model.
The Kushaq now gets disc brakes on all four wheels. It is equipped with over 40 active and passive safety features. These include six airbags, traction control, rain-sensing wipers, and hill-hold assist.
The SUV continues to maintain its strong 5-star safety reputation.
The new Kushaq continues with its familiar turbo-petrol engine options.
The 1.0-litre TSI engine is available with a 6-speed manual or a new 8-speed torque converter automatic, replacing the earlier 6-speed automatic.
Higher variants get the 1.5-litre TSI engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
With updated styling, more features, and improved safety, the Skoda Kushaq facelift is set to make a strong impact when it launches next month.
