SkyNomad N90 is Xiaomi's first 7-seater SUV. Offers a claimed 370 km pure electric range. Gets a range-extender hybrid powertrain and premium cabin.
Xiaomi has expanded its electric vehicle lineup with the unveiling of the SkyNomad N90, a large three-row SUV designed for families. Unlike the sporty SU7 sedan and YU7 SUV, the N90 puts the focus on space, comfort and long-distance travel.
One of its biggest highlights is a claimed 370 km electric-only driving range, along with a range-extender hybrid system that helps reduce charging worries on longer trips.
The SkyNomad N90 is Xiaomi's largest SUV yet. It measures 5,285 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width and 1,825 mm in height, while the long 3,080 mm wheelbase promises a spacious cabin.
The SUV has a boxy design with clean body lines and a bold front end. It features slim LED headlights, T-shaped daytime running lights and an illuminated SkyNomad logo across the front. A roof-mounted LiDAR sensor also hints at advanced driver assistance features.
From the side, the N90 gets large 21-inch alloy wheels, flush door handles and a wide glass area, while the rear features a full-width LED light bar and roof spoiler.

The SkyNomad N90 has been designed with passenger comfort in mind.
The dashboard features a large floating touchscreen with very few physical buttons, giving the cabin a clean and modern look. A second-row entertainment screen and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof are also part of the package.
The biggest attraction is the seating layout. The seven-seat version comes with powered second-row captain seats that can recline and include ottomans for extra comfort. The third row can accommodate three passengers, making it suitable for larger families.
Xiaomi will also offer a five-seat version where the space between the first and second rows can be used for a small coffee table, creating a lounge-like cabin.
The SkyNomad N90 is built on Xiaomi's new Kunlun Architecture and is the company's first range-extender electric vehicle (REEV).
Power comes from a 76 kWh NMC battery pack, which delivers a claimed 370 km electric-only driving range.
Instead of driving the wheels directly, the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine works as a generator to recharge the battery whenever needed. This setup allows the SUV to continue driving even after the battery charge drops, making it more practical for long-distance journeys.
According to details filed with Chinese authorities, the range-topping version gets two electric motors producing a combined 421 hp.
The SUV has a claimed top speed of 190 km/h, while the petrol engine returns a claimed 15.9 km/l when operating in range-extender mode.
