Bigger touchscreen and new UI spotted AI assistant and OTA updates expected Hybrid option likely for the first time

New spy shots of the next-gen Hyundai Creta have surfaced, showing some big updates inside the cabin. The highlight is a larger central touchscreen along with a slimmer digital driver display, giving the SUV a more modern look.

The new touchscreen looks bigger than the current 10.25-inch unit and is now placed as a freestanding display.

It is expected to run Hyundai’s latest Pleos Connect system, which brings a fresh interface and more connected features.

The system may also support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which is missing in the current setup.

AI Assistant and OTA Updates

The new system will also include an AI assistant called Gleo. It can handle basic functions through voice commands.

Hyundai is also expected to offer over-the-air updates, so features and software can improve over time.

The navigation system is also likely to get a cleaner layout with better real-time updates.

Other Cabin Changes

Earlier spy shots showed new upholstery, updated door trims, and a redesigned cabin layout.

There was also a zero-gravity seat button, similar to what’s seen in the Hyundai Ioniq 5.

Exterior Updates Expected

The new Creta could come with 19-inch alloy wheels with a sharper design. These are likely to be offered only on higher variants if launched in India.

Same Engines, Plus Hybrid

The next-gen Creta is expected to move to a newer platform, similar to the Kia Seltos. It will likely continue with the existing petrol and diesel engine options, along with manual and automatic gearboxes.

Along with this, a hybrid option is expected to be introduced for the first time.

Rivals in Focus

With a hybrid setup, the Creta will go up against models like the Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder. The upcoming Renault Duster is also expected to get a hybrid version.
