Kia will launch a completely new version of its popular Seltos SUV in 2025. The next-generation Kia Seltos is also known as SP3 and promises lots of interesting updates, which include the hybrid model alongside a new look, which appears to be a copycat of the bigger Kia Telluride.
The new Seltos, when launched, would look very much like the bigger and premium SUV in Kia's lineup, the Telluride. Much bolder front grille, sleeker headlamp cluster, and a more powerful stance, all these will give the vehicle a sophisticated yet powerful look, like the Telluride but in a smaller form. The concept development is to making Seltos a bit more appealing for the customers who prefer to have Telluride's comfort but in a compact and practical SUV.
A key new feature offered in the Seltos model is hybrid. Kia brings to Seltos 1.6-litre hybrid power with which a gas engine comes combined with an electric motor. It will provide better fuel efficiency and lower emissions. Thus, it is likely to be an environmentally friendlier vehicle. The hybrid Seltos will also feature an electronic all-wheel-drive system which should enhance the experience of driving. This should especially come in handy in areas such as Europe, whose people are in high demand for four-wheel-drive automobiles.

The Kia Seltos has been the best seller since it entered the market in 2019, particularly in South Korea. Since 2020, this model has headed the sales chart for small SUVs in Korea. Its hybrid model is sure to continue that success and will appeal to an extremely diverse customer base, from ecologically conscious buyers to just those who want a reliable versatile small SUV.
This new hybrid Seltos can compete in the company's lineup such as the Niro and Kona Hybrid. Good news with Seltos Hybrid that it will offer great value on hybrid technology, performance, and pricing in an ever-growing hybrid SUV market.

Kia is going to roll out the new Seltos from its Gwangju factory in August 2025 with mass production. The model is likely to create huge waves in the small SUV market due to its hybrid system, stylish design, and features. Brand fans are highly excited to see how it will compare with others in the market and if it will be a leader for environmentally friendly drivers.
