The long-awaited next-gen Kia Seltos is all set to be launched in our market tomorrow. Our sources reveal that the company will only introduce the standard variants of the new Seltos. Its top-spec Seltos X-Line will be introduced at a later stage. In fact, Kia has released multiple teasers revealing only the top variants of the standard new Seltos.
As per the teasers, the all-new Kia Seltos will come with a two-piece LED daytime running lamp setup on either side., and a wider front grille. The SUV gets new insert for the fog light surround, front parking sensors, all-new front bumper, roof rails, and a shark fin antenna.
Kia has also teased the rear profile of the new Seltos, which gets newly designed LED tail-lights with triangular inserts at the top and bottom, and a two piece LED light bar on the tailgate. It comes with an all-new tailgate, gloss-black inserts all around, roof-integrated spoiler with a high-mounted stop lamp, and a new paint options.
The new Seltos will grow in size, which is evident from the spy images. The SUV is expected to be longer and wider than the existing model, which is 4,365mm in length. It is expected to be based on a longer wheelbase, which should help Kia engineers to create more space inside the cabin.
The leaked interior images reveal that the 2026 Kia Seltos will have a dual-tone Black and Beige interior scheme. It will have a new three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, a curved dual 12.3-inch screens, new HVAC control panel, ambient lighting, and slimmer AC vents. It comes with a revised centre console, and repositioned drive and traction modes. The new Seltos is also likely to get an updated ADAS suite along with additional safety features.
The new 2026 Kia Seltos won’t receive any mechanical changes and will continue to be offered with a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.5L turbo petrol and a 1.5L diesel engine. Instead of a 6-speed automatic gearbox, the diesel engine is expected to get a new 7-speed automatic unit.
