BMW India has introduced fresh updates to its popular electric SUV, the iX1 Long Wheelbase (LWB). Known for its premium features and eco-friendly design, the BMW iX1 LWB is now available with new exterior colours and luxurious upholstery options, making it even more customizable. The iX1 LWB is already the highest-selling premium electric vehicle in India, and these updates add more options for buyers.

The BMW iX1 LWB now comes in a new colour - Night Dusk Blue metallic, which looks quite rich and elegant. It joins the existing colour choices of Carbon Black, Mineral White, and Skyscraper Grey. With these four options, buyers have more ways to personalize their iX1 LWB to suit their style.
Note: BMW iX1 Long Wheelbase is locally produced and is now available for booking at BMW India dealerships across the country.

Inside, the iX1 LWB gets new upholstery options made from sustainable vegan leather. The two new choices are Veganza Smoke White + Atlas Grey Dual Tone and Veganza Castanea. Both options come with stylish 3D stitching that enhances the premium feel of the cabin. This update reflects BMW's commitment to eco-friendly materials while still offering luxury and comfort.
BMW’s ‘Cocooning Effect’ design philosophy is also reflected in the new upholstery. This design extends the chosen upholstery colour throughout the interior, covering the door panels, dashboard, and speaker mesh. This creates a smooth, luxurious feel across the entire cabin, making the iX1 LWB a comfortable and stylish place to be.
BMW iX1 LWB continues to be a standout in the luxury electric vehicle market. In less than a year, it has become BMW's best-selling electric vehicle in India. With a length of 4,616 mm and a wheelbase of 2,800 mm, it is the longest car in its segment, offering plenty of space for passengers and luggage.
BMW iX1 LWB is powered by the fifth-generation BMW eDrive technology, producing 204 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. The SUV’s high-voltage lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 66.4 kWh, providing a driving range of up to 531 km (MIDC). Features like adaptive recuperation and one-pedal driving help improve efficiency and make driving more convenient.
