The French automaker, Citroen cars has finally opened bookings for its mid-size SUV, the C3 Aircross in India. The automaker has revealed the starting price for the five-seater variant at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can book their new C3 Aircross online or at their nearest La Maison for a token amount of Rs 25,000.

The Citroen C3 Aircross is being offered in three trim levels - You, Plus and Max with both 5- and 7-seater layout.
The base You model is price at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and is offered with only a 5-seater option, while the mid spec Plus variant gets both 5- and 7-seater option priced between Rs 11.30 lakh and Rs 11.45 lakh (ex-showroom). Top-of-the-line Max trim is price from Rs 11.95 lakh and Rs 12.10 lakh (ex-showroom).
In terms of features, the new Citroen C3 Aircross provides a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and a digital instrument cluster. Other features include a rear defogger, rear wiper with washer, manual IRVM, roof-mounted rear aircon vents, and TPMS.
Under the hood, the C3 Aircross boasts its 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The engine can produce a maximum power output of 109 bhp with 190 Nm of peak torque.
The C3 Aircross will compete against the Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, Toyota Hyryder, Kia Seltos, and Hyundai Creta.
