Hyundai Verna facelift spotted ahead of launch with fresh styling cues. Interiors may get larger touchscreen & ventilated rear seats. Same engines, competitive pricing, strong C-segment contender.
Hyundai Verna facelift is back with a sharper look, smarter features, and the same reliable engines. Subtle updates to the grille, headlights, and rear design give it a fresh appeal, while the interiors will get more tech and comfort. With its stylish design and competitive pricing, the new Verna is ready to turn heads and prove that sedans still matter in India.
Here is what we know so far about the 2026 Hyundai Verna Facelift:

At first glance, the Hyundai Verna facelift doesn’t scream “all-new.” The rear continues with the connected tail lamp setup and boot-mounted spoiler that fans already recognise. The bumper, however, could see a few tweaks for a sharper look.
From the side, the Verna remains sleek with its coupe-like roofline, blacked-out B-pillars, and sporty alloy wheels. At the front, Hyundai might add new detailing to the grille, headlights, and bumper; the kind of updates that freshen up the design without changing its identity.
While the interiors haven’t been fully revealed yet, Hyundai is expected to sweeten the package. A larger touchscreen infotainment system could be on the cards, along with premium touches like ventilated rear seats - a step up from the front-only option in the current car.
The existing Verna already punches above its weight with features like a Bose sound system, voice-enabled sunroof, wireless charging, and connected car tech. With the facelift, Hyundai seems focused on making the new Verna even more appealing for those who want both comfort and tech in their sedan.
The new Verna is expected to continue with the same engine options. These include a 1.5-litre petrol motor producing 115 PS and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol delivering 160 PS. Gearbox choices will remain a 6-speed manual, IVT, and a 7-speed DCT for the turbo unit.
The current Verna is priced between Rs 10.69 lakh and Rs 16.98 lakh (ex-showroom). Recent GST rate cuts made it even more affordable, with savings of up to Rs 57,000 across variants. With the facelift, a slight price bump is expected, but Hyundai will likely keep it competitive to protect its turf in the sedan market.
