Renault Kiger facelift is all set to debut on August 24, 2025. Since its launch in 2021, the Kiger has been a popular sub-4m SUV in India, and this update is aimed at keeping it fresh in a competitive segment. Instead of a complete overhaul, the new Kiger facelift focuses on design tweaks, added features, and improved safety, while continuing with its proven engine options.
Renault Kiger facelift updates are mostly cosmetic. Expect a new front grille, revised bumpers, and a fresh set of alloy wheels that will make it look more stylish. The lighting setup may also get minor changes, giving the compact SUV a sharper appearance compared to the current model.

Inside, the new Kiger facelift is expected to keep its familiar dashboard layout but could add a more premium touch with a dual-tone theme. Updated upholstery and trims will likely enhance the cabin experience. The feature list will remain strong with an 8-inch touchscreen, 7-inch digital driver’s display, wireless charger, auto AC with rear vents, and a 6-speaker Arkamys sound system.
Additionally, it is expected to offer 6 airbags as standard, up from the current 4. Other safety features such as a rear parking camera, TPMS, traction control, and hill start assist will continue to be offered.
No mechanical changes are expected in the Renault Kiger facelift 2025. It will continue with the 1.0L naturally aspirated petrol (72PS/96Nm) and 1.0L turbo-petrol (100PS/160Nm MT, 152Nm CVT). Both engines will be paired with manual, AMT, and CVT gearbox options. Buyers will also get an optional CNG kit with the NA petrol engine, available as a dealer-fit option.
Renault Kiger facelift is expected to cost slightly more than the current range of Rs 6.15 lakh to Rs 11.23 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will continue to compete with rivals like the Tata Punch, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Exter, and Kia Syros.
