Tata Motors has released the full price list of the Harrier EV RWD (Rear-Wheel-Drive) variants. The Tata Harrier EV RWD is available at a starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh which extends up to Rs 27.49 lakh for the top-end variant. All the prices are ex-showroom, India. Bookings for the electric SUV will commence from July 2, 2025.

The rear-wheel-drive version of the Harrier EV is available in 3 trims - Adventure, Fearless+ and Empowered - and in total of 5 variants. The Adventure 65 is available at a starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh, while the top-spec Empowered 75 is tagged at Rs 27.99 lakh.
Note: Price excluding charger and installation cost. For AC Fast charger, customers will have to make an extra payment.

Tata Motors has officially announced that the prices of the Quad Wheel Drive (QWD) dual-motor powered variants of the Harrier EV will be released on 27th June 2025.

The rear-wheel-drive version of the Harrier EV is available with two battery pack choices - 65kWh and 75kWh. The electric SUV is claimed to offer a certified range of 627km in a single charge. Tata claims that the SUV will offer a realistic range of around 480-505km in a single charge. The rear-axle-mounted electric motor is rated at 235bhp.
In the QWD system, the rear motor and front-axle mounted electric motor offers 235bhp and 156bhp, respectively. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph in just 6.3 seconds. The company is offering lifetime warranty on the battery pack.
The electric SUV supports fast charging. The battery can achieve 250km of range in just 15 minutes using a 120kW DC fast charger. The battery can achieve 20-80 per cent charging status in just 25 minutes. The electric SUV offers 6 terrain modes - Snow, Sand, Rock-Crawl, Mud Ruts, Custom and Normal.
