That Mahindra Thar ROXX is the first body-on-frame SUV to be rated 5-star by Bharat NCAP. It scored 31.09 out of a possible 32 in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and 45 out of 49 for Child Occupant Protection (COP). It is the highest mark ever given by the Bharat NCAP standards to any vehicle with an internal combustion engine.
