In this latest offering, the car will feature a new 1.5-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine. Its powertrain would be capable of producing 156 bhp of maximum power output with 253 Nm of peak torque. The engine will be offered with a 6-speed manual transmission alongside an optional 7-speed DCT gearbox.
The upgraded engine is going to be compliant with the RDE Norms and will be E20-ready. In fact, the model's current 1.5-litre diesel engine is also RDE-compliant. Talking about the power output, the diesel engine is capable of delivering 112 bhp and 250 Nm torque. Pricing for the 2023 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift is yet to be revealed. However, we expect the SUV to be priced a bit higher than the current model.

Another upcoming sedan car to be launched in March would be the Next-Generation Hyundai Verna. Set to be introduced on the 21st of March 2023, the All-New Verna will bear an entirely new exterior design. It will be unlike its outgoing model as revealed in the official design sketch by the company. In fact a couple of leaked images online suggest that the car will be very aggressive in design and will offer a feature loaded cabin.
Under the hood, the 2023 Verna will be offered with two powertrain options; a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol (113 bhp and 144 Nm ) and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (156 bhp and 253 Nm). It is also expected that the New Verna will provide ADAS-Tech.
