Mahindra is planning to launch two new electric vehicles in 2026 - the BE 6 Rall-E and the XUV 3XO EV. These EVs are designed for different needs, from off-road adventure to city-friendly driving, showing Mahindra’s focus on electric mobility in India. Let's have a quick overview on upcoming Mahindra electric SUVs:
Mahindra BE 6 Rall-E is an off-road-focused version of the BE 6 electric SUV. It is expected to launch in 2026. Recently spotted testing in Chennai, the vehicle was covered in camouflage, hiding most details but showing some design hints.
The BE 6 Rall-E comes with a rugged look, featuring a heavily-cladded front bumper, round headlights, C-shaped DRLs, and a sporty rear bumper with C-shaped taillamps. The test mule also showed black wheel arch claddings, steel wheels, and a white color scheme, emphasizing its adventurous style.
While Mahindra has not shared official powertrain details, the BE 6 Rall-E is expected to feature a dual-motor setup with a larger battery pack, offering an estimated 389bhp (290kW) and 480Nm of torque.
Mahindra XUV 3XO EV is the electric version of the XUV 3XO, spotted testing on Indian roads several times. It is likely to launch in Q1 2026 and will compete with the Tata Nexon EV and MG Windsor EV.
The XUV 3XO EV keeps most of the ICE model’s design, with slight updates to the front profile. Mahindra may offer two battery options – 34.5kWh and 39.4kWh, delivering a range of 300-350 km on a single charge.
