Mahindra is actively testing the new Bolero Neo facelift, which is likely to be launched towards the end of this year. The 2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo will come with significant design and interior changes along with several new modern tech features.
The new Mahindra Bolero Neo is scheduled to make global debut on August 15, 2025. The company will also reveal the New Flexible Architecture (NFA) on the same day. This platform will underpin the next-gen Bolero and Bolero EV.
The new Mahindra Bolero Neo facelift is likely to be launched during festive season, before Diwali. The SUV will come as a premium offering with several new comfort and convenience features. We expect the new model to cost somewhere around Rs 10 lakh to Rs 14 lakh.
The new Bolero Neo facelift will be based on the ladder-frame chassis, but it will have all-new body panels and design. The spy images reveal that the spotted model has uniquely styled Mahindra grille that houses a new Mahindra logo, and new circular-shaped headlamps which we have already seen on the Thar Roxx. The SUV has a more upright face with a rugged bumper and new LED fog lamp housing.
The side profile shows the boxy design with short overhangs and squared-off wheel arches. It comes with new glass areas, flush-type door handles, new alloy wheels and more striking body cladding. At the back, the new Bolero Neo gets a side-hinged door and a tailgate mounted spare wheel. It has new vertically-stacked tail-lamps and a more pronounced shoulder line.
The new Mahindra Bolero Neo facelift will be equipped with several new comfort and convenience features. It will come with six airbags as standard. The cabin is likely to get a new dashboard layout with a new steering wheel with mounted controls, a new larger touchscreen infotainment unit and a new driver’s display.
The spy images confirmed that the new Mahindra Bolero Neo will be equipped with a panoramic sunroof. Other features could include automatic climate control, height adjustable driver’s seat and LEVEL 2 ADAS tech.
The outgoing Bolero Neo is powered by a 1.5L, 3-cylinder diesel engine producing 99bhp and 260Nm of torque, and is paired to a manual gearbox. We believe that the new Bolero Neo could get 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine that powers the Thar 3-door and XUV 3XO. Both manual and automatic gearbox choices could be on offer.
