5 Big Car Launches Happening in November 2025

November 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting month for car lovers. The new-gen Hyundai Venue, the return of the iconic Tata Sierra, and fresh petrol versions of the Tata Safari and Tata Harrier are all set to launch. Plus, Mahindra will introduce the all-electric XUV700 Electric (XEV 7e), bringing a new wave of innovation to the electric SUV market.

Here's a closer look at these upcoming cars in November 2025.

1. 2025 Hyundai Venue

Hyundai has recently revealed its new-gen Venue with fresh design and a slew of updated features. The price for the new Venue will be announced on November 4, 2025. Design-wise, the SUV features a sleek front fascia with sharp character lines and a full-width LED light bar for a more modern and premium appeal. The interior gets a major upgrade too, with a dual 12.3-inch curved display, SmartSense ADAS Level 2, and a premium sound system by Bose.

Under the hood, the Venue will continue offering three engine options - a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, 1.2-litre petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel. There are also significant improvements in the transmission department, with a 7-speed DCT and a torque converter automatic for the diesel variant. The Venue will be available in 7 trims, competing with rivals like the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, and Kia Sonet.

2. Tata Sierra ICE

Tata Sierra, a much-awaited lifestyle SUV, will make its grand return to the Indian market with a launch scheduled for November 25, 2025. This new Sierra SUV will initially be available with ICE powertrains, including a 1.5L NA Petrol, 1.5L Turbo Petrol, and a 2.0L Diesel engine. The Sierra is based on a front-wheel-drive platform and will feature Tata’s first-ever triple-screen dashboard.

The SUV will offer features like a panoramic sunroof, Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, dual-zone climate control, and ventilated front seats. The Tata Sierra is expected to compete with popular SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and the Maruti Victoris.

3. Tata Safari Petrol

In a major move, Tata will also launch a Safari Petrol in November 2025. This new variant will come with a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, offering 168 hp and 280 Nm of torque. It will be available in both manual and automatic gearbox options. This move expands the appeal of the Safari, positioning it as a viable alternative to other full-size petrol SUVs in India. The new Safari Petrol will offer a spacious cabin, family-friendly seating, and the long-distance comfort that the Safari is known for.

The Safari Petrol is expected to be a strong competitor in the full-size SUV segment, offering great value for those looking for a larger, more comfortable SUV with a petrol engine.

4. Tata Harrier Petrol

Along with the Safari, Tata will also introduce the Harrier Petrol in November 2025. After years of being offered exclusively with a diesel engine, the Harrier will now be available with the same 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine as the Safari, producing 168 hp and 280 Nm.

This new petrol variant will offer a more affordable entry point into the Harrier lineup. The Harrier’s bold design, premium features, and road presence, combined with the new petrol engine, will make it an attractive option for those who prefer a petrol powertrain over diesel.

5. Mahindra XUV700 Electric (XEV 7e)

Mahindra is also preparing to launch its first all-electric SUV based on the XUV700 - the XEV 7e. This electric SUV will feature design changes tailored to the EV segment, such as a blanked-off front grille and a connected LED strip. The cabin layout will resemble the XEV 9e, featuring a three-screen dashboard for a high-tech feel.

The XUV700 Electric will likely be offered in both 6- and 7-seater variants, with the 6-seater featuring captain seats in the second row. The electric SUV will be packed with features like a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, and Level 2 ADAS for enhanced safety. It may also come with a dual-motor AWD setup, making it a powerful addition to Mahindra’s electric lineup.
