Honda Elevate Facelift - New Look, More Features

Honda Elevate facelift coming later this year. New design and premium features expected. Same 1.5-litre petrol engine likely to continue.

Honda is getting ready to update the Elevate with its first facelift since the SUV was launched in 2023. The refreshed model is expected to arrive later this year with subtle styling changes and a longer list of features to stay competitive in the busy mid-size SUV segment. While the engine is likely to remain unchanged, the upcoming Elevate could receive several upgrades inside and out.

Refreshed Exterior Design

The Honda Elevate facelift is expected to retain its overall shape but with a few noticeable design changes.

At the front, the SUV could get revised LED headlamps, a new grille, an updated bumper, and a redesigned lower air intake. Honda may also introduce a new set of 17-inch alloy wheels.

At the rear, the facelift is expected to feature updated LED tail-lamp graphics and a redesigned bumper, giving the SUV a fresher appearance.

More Premium Features

The biggest changes are likely to be inside the cabin.

Honda is expected to add features such as a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and a power-adjustable driver's seat. The SUV could also get a new interior colour theme along with updated dashboard and cabin trim.

These additions would help the Elevate better compete with newer rivals that already offer a richer feature list.

Engine to Stay the Same

Under the hood, the Elevate facelift is expected to continue with the same 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine.

The engine produces 119 hp and 145 Nm of torque and will likely continue to be offered with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a CVT automatic transmission.

No major mechanical changes are expected with the facelift.

Rivals in the Segment

Once launched, the updated Honda Elevate will continue to take on the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Renault Duster, Tata Sierra, and the upcoming Nissan Tekton.

Launch Expected Later This Year

Honda is expected to launch the Elevate facelift during the third quarter of this year. With a refreshed design, more premium features, and its proven petrol engine, the updated SUV aims to strengthen its position in India's competitive mid-size SUV segment.
