MG Motor India, now operating under JSW MG Motor, is expected to unveil the MG Majestor in May 2025. Positioned above the Gloster, this new flagship SUV will offer a sportier and more premium experience.

• Redesigned front and rear fascia with vertically stacked LED headlamps and a connected LED taillamp.
• A larger grille, more aggressive styling, and muscular body lines.
• Feature-rich cabin with a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, ventilated powered seats, panoramic sunroof, and 360-degree camera.

Powertrain and Competition

The Majestor is expected to carry forward the Gloster’s 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine. It will take on rivals like the Toyota Fortuner and Skoda Kodiaq.

Mahindra XEV 7e: Electric 7-Seater SUV Launching in July 2025

Mahindra is ready to expand its electric portfolio with the launch of the XEV 7e in July 2025. This all-electric version of the XUV700 will be built on the INGLO platform.

Maruti Suzuki 7-Seater Grand Vitara to Debut by Diwali 2025

Maruti Suzuki is developing a 7-seater SUV, likely based on the Grand Vitara platform. Internally codenamed Y17, the SUV is expected to arrive around Diwali 2025.

Expected Design and Features

• Based on the Global C platform with a longer rear overhang for the third-row seat.
• Could feature a connected LED taillight design similar to the e-Vitara.
