Tata Harrier EV QWD Launched - Full Price List Out

Tata Motors has released the price of the Harrier EV QWD or AWD (All-Wheel-Drive) version. The QWD is available on the top-spec Empowered 75 variant. The Tata Harrier EV QWD is available at an introductory price tag of Rs 28.99 lakh, ex-showroom. The price is without charger and installation cost. Customers can opt for the 7.2kW AC Fast Charger option by paying an additional Rs 49,000.

The Harrier EV is available in 3 trim levels - Adventure, Fearless+ and Empowered 75 - and in total of 6 variants. The Tata Harrier EV price in India starts at Rs 21.49 lakh and extends up to Rs 28.99 lakh for the top-end Empowered 75 QWD model. Bookings for the new Harrier electric will commence on 2nd July 2025. 


Tata Harrier EV QWD Specifications


The top-spec Harrier EV comes fitted with a 75kWh battery pack with dual-motors for all-wheel-drive set-up. The front-axle-mounted electric motor is rated at 156 bhp, while the rear-axle-mounted electric motor delivers a power of 235 bhp. The dual-motor set-up offers a combined power output of 391 bhp and an instantaneous torque of 504 Nm. The Harrier EV QWD is claimed to offer an ARAI certified range of 622km in a single charge.


The Harrier EV Quad Wheel Drive dual-motor version is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph acceleration in just 6.3 seconds, making it the quickest in the segment. It comes with Boost Mode, 6 Terrain Modes, Off-Road Assist. 


Harrier EV RWD Specs


The RWD version of the electric SUV is available with two battery choices - 65kWh and 75kWh. The rear-axle-mounted electric motor is rated at 235bhp. The 65kWh version is claimed to offer an ARAI certified range of 538km, while the 75kWh RWD model offers a certified range of 627km.


The electric SUV supports fast charging, and using a 120kW DC fast charger, the battery can achieve 250km of range in just 15 minutes. The battery can achieve 20-80 percent charging status in just 25 minutes.
