Mahindra is gearing up to refresh its popular Scorpio N with a facelift, expected to launch early in 2026. The updated SUV will bring subtle design changes, new interior features, and updated technology while keeping the rugged look Scorpio fans love.
The Scorpio N facelift keeps its bold and muscular appearance but adds some minor updates. Spy shots show a slightly refreshed front bumper and grille. The 18-inch alloy wheels have a new, chunkier design, and the rear could get updated LED taillamps and small bumper tweaks. Mahindra is also expected to add new colour options like Ruby Velvet and Galaxy Grey to the lineup.

Inside, the facelifted Scorpio N will feel more premium. The cabin retains the dual-tone brown-black theme but may offer new colour combinations. A redesigned dashboard features a larger free-standing touchscreen and a new digital instrument cluster similar to the Thar ROXX.
The centre AC vents are slimmer and lower, with new silver accents enhancing the interior’s look. Seating options remain flexible with both 6- and 7-seater layouts.
Mahindra is expected to add more convenience and comfort features in the facelift. These could include a panoramic sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats, upgraded sound system, dual-zone climate control, and wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay.
Safety could see an upgrade too, with a 360-degree camera, electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and a Level 2 ADAS suite. Existing safety features like six airbags, electronic stability control, hill hold assist, all-wheel disc brakes, tyre pressure monitoring, and front and rear parking sensors will continue.
The facelifted Scorpio N is likely to keep the same engines as the current model. Buyers can choose a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 203 PS and up to 380 Nm of torque, or a 2.2-litre diesel engine delivering up to 175 PS and 400 Nm of torque. Both engines come with 6-speed manual and automatic options, with the diesel offering a four-wheel-drive variant.
Prices for the 2026 Scorpio N facelift are expected to range from Rs 13.5 lakh to Rs 24.5 lakh (ex-showroom). While the facelift does not have a direct competitor, it could attract buyers who are considering alternatives like the Tata Harrier, Tata Safari, MG Hector, Toyota Innova Crysta, as well as Mahindra’s own XUV 7XO and Thar ROXX.
