3 Hyundai Hybrid SUVs Coming Soon – Creta, New 3-Row SUV and Palisade

Hyundai going hybrid 3 SUVs incoming Creta to lead the change

Hyundai is preparing to enter the hybrid space in India with a strong focus on SUVs.

The carmaker is working on three key hybrid models that are expected to arrive over the next few years, targeting different segments.

Hyundai Creta Hybrid to Lead the Change

The next-generation Creta will be one of Hyundai’s most important launches.

Expected around 2027, the new model will come with a fresh design, updated interiors and more features.

While existing petrol and diesel engines are likely to continue, the biggest highlight will be the addition of a hybrid powertrain.

This setup is expected to improve fuel efficiency while keeping performance strong.

Hyundai is also developing a new three-row SUV that will sit above the Hyundai Alcazar.

This model is expected to be positioned below the global Hyundai Tucson and could arrive around 2027.

It may use a hybrid version of the 1.5-litre petrol engine and offer the ability to run in electric-only mode during city drives.

Hyundai Palisade Hybrid for Premium Segment

At the top end, Hyundai is considering bringing the Palisade Hybrid to India.

This flagship SUV is expected to arrive around 2028 and will target buyers looking for a large, premium SUV.

Globally, it uses a powerful hybrid system combining a turbo petrol engine with an electric motor.
