Mahindra Sales July 2025: Scorpio Unstoppable, XUV700 Breaks 7000 Units

Mahindra sold a total of 49,871 vehicles in July 2025 Scorpio remains the best seller with 13,747 units dispatched last month Mahindra Bolero reports a YoY sales growth of 8 percent XEV 9e and BE 6 receive positive response from buyers

While most of the automakers posted negative sales in July 2025, Mahindra was an exception with an impressive YoY sales growth of 20%. The company’s big SUVs are unstoppable and secured massive sales numbers. Moreover, the XEV 9e and BE 6 electric Coupe SUVs also contributed to its massive sales.

Mahindra sold a total of 49,871 vehicles in the month of July 2025 as against 41,623 units in the same month last year, registering a YoY sales growth of 20 per cent. In fact, Mahindra’s month-on-month sales increased by good 5 percent. The homegrown automaker had sold 47,306 vehicles in June 2025.

Mahindra Scorpio - the Scorpio nameplate was the best-seller for the homegrown automaker last month. The company dispatched a total of 13,747 units of the Mahindra Scorpio-N and Scorpio Classic in July 2025 as against 12,237 units in the same month last year, reporting a YoY growth of 12%.

Mahindra Bolero - the brand’s old workhorse, the Bolero still in heavy demand among rural and semi-urban car buyers. The company sold a total of 7,513 Boleros in July 2025 as against 6,930 units in the same month last year, reporting a YoY growth of 8 percent.

Mahindra XUV700 - the current XUV700 is the best-selling model in its category, which is evident from its sales numbers. Despite rising competition, the XUV700 holds on its top position in the category with 7,513 units dispatched last month compared to 7,769 units in July 2024, registering a YoY sales decline of 9%.

Mahindra Thar - the Mahindra Thar nameplate shows a massive YoY sales jump of 125 percent. The company dispatched a total of 9845 Thars (Thar 3-door + Thar Roxx) in July 2025 as against 4,385 units in the same month last year.

Mahindra XUV 3XO and Marazzo - the XUV3XO sales saw a significant YoY sales decline of 28%. The company sold 7,238 units of the compact SUV as against 10,000 units in July 2024. Mahindra also dispatched a total of 176 units of Marazzo MPV to dealerships.

Mahindra EV Sales

Mahindra XUV400 - the homegrown UV maker sold a total of 290 units of the XUV400 electric SUV in July 2025, which is an increase of just 2 units compared to the same month last year.

Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e - the brand’s two Born EVs, the BE 6 and XEV 9e have received an overwhelming response from car buyers. The company sold 1,546 units of the BE6 and 2,462 units of the XEV 9e in July 2025.
