New Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift - When It's Launching? What to Expect?

New Scorpio N is expected to receive minor design tweaks. The SUV could get larger touchscreen and new digital driver’s display.

The new 2026 Mahindra Scorpio N facelift is currently undergoing rigorous testing, and haas been spotted multiple times. While the carmaker hasn’t yet revealed its official launch timeline, the updated SUV is expected to arrive in between Q3 - Q4, 2026. Spy shots suggest that the facelifted Scorpio N will see minimal styling updates along with the addition of new features, while the engine setup is likely to remain unchanged.

Slightly Revised Styling

The front fascia is expected to be refreshed with a slightly revised grille and air dam, featuring horizontal slats and a tweaked bumper. The LED headlamps, fog lamp assembly with C-shaped surrounds will remain unchanged.

Moving to sides, the SUV will continue to carry rugged and massive stance. However, the newly-designed five-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels will give a fresh touch. No major changes are expected at the rear either, although the SUV might get taillamps with new LED signatures and a revised bumper.

New Displays & Features

Significant upgrades will be made inside the cabin. The new 2026 Mahindra Scorpio N facelift will offer a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, sourced from the Thar Roxx. A new digital driver’s display, a redesigned centre console with new satin silver surround and slightly repositioned AC vents will further enhance its appeal. However, elements such as the dual-tone Black and Brown cabin theme, three-spoke flat-bottomed steering wheel and other existing features will remain intact.

Same Engines, But Better Ride Quality?

Under the hood, the new Mahindra Scorpio N facelift is expected to feature the existing 203bhp, 2.0L turbo petrol and 175bhp, 2.2L diesel engines. Transmission options will also remain the same, including 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic units. The 4X4 drivetrain system will continue to be offered only on the higher trims.

To improve comfort levels and ride quality, Mahindra & Mahindra might equip the updated Scorpio N with ‘DaVinci’ dampers, which debuted on the XUV 7XO.
