For the next-gen Hyundai Creta, the brand is likely to offer a hybrid engine, making it the brand's first hybrid offering in India. It could use a 1.5-litre petrol engine to pair the electric motor for better fuel efficiency.

The third-gen Creta will be produced at Hyundai's plant in Tamil Nadu, India. This factory manufactures the top Hyundai cars, including Creta. This plant will meet the higher demand for the new Creta.
