Tata has launched the Stealth Edition of both the Harrier and Safari. This new edition means new changes along with a price tag that's different from current models. The Safari Stealth Edition is priced at Rs 25.10 lakhs (ex-showroom) and the Harrier Stealth Edition starts at Rs 25.75 lakhs (ex-showroom). Apart from the prices, let's have a closer at these new edition models and what they offer.
Both cars in the Stealth Edition feature a unique matte black shade which is much different than the Dark Edition. There is an all-black interior named Carbon Noir by the brand with a Stealth badge inside and out. The SUVs come with 19-inch alloy wheels which are a new addition to them.
Apart from these changes, the dashboard of both cars also receives some minor changes, so that it matches the theme. The manual version of the Safari Stealth Edition is not available in a 6-configuration.
The Stealth Editions SUVs are powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine that delivers 167 bhp and 350 Nm of peak torque. These models are built on the same platform as well and are available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission option.
In comparison to the regular Dark Edition, the Stealth Edition is about ₹25,000 more expensive. The Harrier Stealth Edition has a starting price of ₹25.10 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Safari starts at ₹25.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
