Post the announcement, the home-grown SUV maker is constantly building the hype by sharing teaser videos of the “Big Daddy of SUVs”. In the most recent one, the brand claims that the SUV will have a commanding seating position. According to the latest leaked information online, we have got to know some essential details pertaining to the specifications that the vehicle will be offered with in the near future.
As per the latest leaked information, we can confirm that the Scorpio N will get both the petrol and diesel engine options. This is the first time that the Scorpio nameplate will be offered with the choice of a petrol power plant.

Coming to power figures, the diesel mill will deliver two states of tune. First will be a 172bhp with 370 Nm of torque while the other will be a higher 172bhp with 400 Nm torque. The former will be matted to a 6-speed manual transmission, while the later to a 6-speed torque converter unit. On the other side of the spectrum, the petrol motor will produce a maximum power output of 197 bhp. Further, the AT variants will be provided with 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels while manual trims will come equipped with 17-inch dual-tone alloys.

To further enhance its off-road capability, the automaker has given the Scorpio N a ground clearance of 205 mm, 47 degrees of approach angle and 57 degrees of departure angle. The vehicle will be equipped with frequency-selective dampers (FSD) at the rear for the best possible ride on and off the road.
Coming to the feature list on board, it will offer dual-zone climate control, brown leatherette interiors with dual-tone brown leather seats, a 12-speaker Sony system with 3D sound staging, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, electronic sunroof, cruise control and more.
