Honda Elevate facelift is scheduled to launch on October 6. Next-gen Audi Q3 will bring a new design and Quattro AWD. Toyota Glanza facelift and Hyundai Bayon are also expected in October.
October 2026 is set to be a busy month for the Indian car market, with several new models and facelifts lined up for launch. The list includes the Honda Elevate facelift, next-generation Audi Q3, Toyota Glanza facelift and Hyundai Bayon.
Here are the key details about these four upcoming cars, including their expected launch dates, prices, features and powertrain options.
The Honda Elevate facelift is scheduled to launch in India on October 6, 2026. The updated SUV is expected to get a refreshed design and several new features. The facelift is expected to bring a redesigned grille, tweaked LED lighting elements, revised bumpers and new 17-inch alloy wheels. The cabin could also get an updated theme and new features, including ventilated front seats and a factory-fitted 360-degree camera. The SUV is expected to continue with the same 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, producing 121 hp and 145 Nm. It will likely be offered with a 6-speed manual and a 7-step CVT automatic gearbox.

The next-generation Audi Q3 is expected to launch in India on October 16, 2026. The new SUV will get a completely redesigned exterior and a significantly updated cabin. The new Q3 features a large grille, split Matrix LED headlights and a full-width rear LED light bar. Inside, it gets a curved dual-screen setup along with premium features and advanced driver assistance technology. Power is expected to come from a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 204 hp and 320 Nm. The engine will be paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and Audi's Quattro all-wheel-drive system. The new Q3 will compete with the BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA.
The Toyota Glanza facelift is also expected to arrive in October 2026. The updated premium hatchback is likely to follow the changes introduced with the latest Maruti Suzuki Baleno. The Glanza could get a revised front-end design, updated bumpers and tweaked headlights. The cabin is also expected to receive feature upgrades, with additions such as a larger infotainment screen, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera and Level 2 ADAS among the expected changes. The facelift is likely to use the updated 1.2-litre Z-Series three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, with manual and AMT gearbox options. Factory-fitted CNG variants are also expected to continue.
The Hyundai Bayon is expected to make its India debut in October 2026. Current industry reports point to a launch around the middle of the month. The crossover is expected to feature a modern design with a wide front grille, connected LED lighting elements and distinctive rear tail-lights. Inside, the Bayon could get a feature-rich cabin with dual 10.25-inch screens, ambient lighting, a premium Bose sound system, wireless charging and Level 2 ADAS. The India-spec model is expected to be positioned as an urban crossover and could be offered with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol or 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, depending on the final specifications.
