Tata Altroz Facelift 2025 Interior Revealed Ahead of May 9 Debut
Tata Altroz facelift interior revealed with new steering wheel and larger touchscreen Updated Altroz to feature 360-degree camera and Google Maps-enabled digital cluster Launch on May 22; retains same petrol, turbo-petrol, and diesel engine options
Tata Motors is gearing up to launch the Altroz facelift 2025 in India. While a teaser earlier revealed the updated exterior, the latest video now showcases the interior upgrades of the premium hatchback. Scheduled for a full reveal on May 9, the updated Altroz is set to go on sale from May 22, 2025.
Modern Cabin with Premium Touches
The refreshed Tata Altroz comes with a slew of interior enhancements aimed at improving user experience and comfort. Most notably, it gets Tata's new 2-spoke steering wheel featuring an illuminated Tata logo, first seen in the new Nexon.
Adding to the tech appeal, the facelifted Altroz sports a larger touchscreen infotainment system that is expected to support wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A fully digital instrument cluster is also part of the package, capable of displaying Google Maps navigation directly on the screen— a segment-first feature.
Feature Upgrades: Sunroof and 360-Degree Camera
Tata has further added the 360-degree camera system, improving parking and maneuvering in tight spaces. In addition, the facelift model will offer a single-pane sunroof, a feature increasingly in demand in the premium hatchback segment.
Same Engine Options as Current Model
Under the hood, the 2025 Tata Altroz facelift will retain its existing powertrain lineup. Buyers can choose between a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
Launch Timeline
Tata will officially unveil the new Altroz on May 9, with bookings expected to open shortly after. The car will hit showrooms on May 22, positioned to take on rivals like the Hyundai i20, Maruti Suzuki Baleno, and Toyota Glanza.
