Tata Nexon model gets its model update this year with an introduction of two new color options and three new variants. With the addition of Royal Blue and Grassland Beige, the fearless Purple color theme now has been discontinued. These enhancements are tagged along with other Tata models launched. Before this, the sub-4m SUV was offered in four trims and five color options. Let's have a look at what these variants and more.
Tata Nexon introduced Pure+, Creative, and Creative+ PS. There are no changes to the interior or exterior design of the Nexon and as for the features, it comes with dual 10.25-inch displays (one for the infotainment system and the other for the instrument cluster), auto AC with rear vents, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The update includes a wireless phone charger, ventilated front seats, and a panoramic sunroof (in Creative Plus PS).
For safety, the variants get 6 airbags as standard, a 360-degree camera, ISOFIX child seat mounts, front and rear parking sensors, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
These new variants take the slot between Smart Plus S and Pure Plus S variants at a price of Rs 9.69 lakh.
The Creative is a mid-spec variant that takes the position between Pure Plus S and Creative Plus S with a price range of Rs 10.99 lakh.
This variant seats just below the top variant of the Nexon which is Fearless Plus PS with the pricing of Rs 12.29 lakh.
This variant offers a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol that produces 118.36 bhp with 170 Nm of torque. As for its transmission options, there is a 5-speed MT, 6-speed MT, 6-speed AMT, and 7-speed DCT.
The Creative variant comes with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol (CNG Mode) that can produce up to 98.63 bhp and 170 Nm of peak torque. For the transmission duties, it has a 6-speed MT.
