Honda ZR-V Hybrid Teaser Out – Price Reveal This Week

Honda ZR-V Hybrid teased ahead of India launch. Price reveal set for May 22, 2026. Premium hybrid SUV to rival Skoda Kodiaq and VW Tiguan.

Honda Cars India is all set to reveal the prices of its latest offerings this week. On May 22, the Japanese automaker will officially launch the updated City facelift along with the new ZR-V Hybrid, which has already been teased on Honda’s social media.

What the ZR-V Hybrid Teaser Shows

The teaser image highlights the sporty design of the ZR-V Hybrid. It features L-shaped LED DRLs, roof rails, and a sculpted bonnet. The official name, ZR-V e:HEV, confirms that the SUV will come with a hybrid powertrain, combining efficiency with performance for Indian buyers.

Power and Performance

The global-spec ZR-V Hybrid is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine paired with a CVT gearbox, delivering a combined output of 180bhp and 240Nm of torque. This setup is expected to provide smooth city driving while offering strong fuel efficiency. In India, the SUV will compete with premium rivals like the Skoda Kodiaq Lounge and Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line.

Features and Interior

Honda’s latest SUV is expected to come loaded with modern features. Buyers can expect all-LED lighting, a fully digital instrument console, wireless charging, a freestanding touchscreen infotainment system, a three-spoke steering wheel, and an electronic parking brake. The cabin will likely focus on comfort and convenience, making it ideal for families.

Expected Price

The ZR-V Hybrid is likely to be priced around Rs. 50 lakh (before taxes). This places it in the premium SUV segment, where it will directly rival other hybrid and luxury offerings. Meanwhile, the City facelift is expected to start at approximately Rs. 12.5 lakh for the petrol variant, with the e:HEV hybrid variant priced around Rs. 23.5 lakh.

Launch and Booking

Bookings for both models are expected to open immediately after the official price announcement. Deliveries should begin across India by early June, giving buyers a chance to experience Honda’s latest hybrid technology and updated features firsthand.
