Mahindra Thar Facelift Launch Timeline and Bookings

The 2025 Mahindra Thar 3-Door facelift is expected to hit showrooms in the first week of September 2025, with bookings likely opening soon after. While Mahindra has not confirmed the delivery dates, it is expected that deliveries could begin in October 2025, following the company’s usual launch strategy.

Updated Exterior Design

The facelifted Thar 3-Door features an all-new front fascia inspired by the Thar Roxx. The SUV receives a redesigned front grille, a revised bumper, and LED headlamps with integrated C-shaped DRLs. The tail lights have a new pattern while keeping the familiar housing. New alloy wheels add to the refreshed look, giving the Thar a modern yet rugged appeal.

Revamped Interiors

Inside, the facelifted Thar 3-Door gets a completely overhauled cabin layout. A free-standing 10.25-inch infotainment system is expected to feature Mahindra’s AdrenoX connected car technology with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The steering wheel is updated, similar to the Thar Roxx, Scorpio N, and XUV700. The centre console has been redesigned to accommodate a wireless charger, and an automatic climate control system could be added.
