Mahindra has released a fresh teaser of the Vision.T, offering a clearer look at the rear design of the upcoming electric SUV. This latest teaser highlights vertical double-stack tail lamps, a tailgate-mounted spare wheel, door-mounted mirrors, and reflectors on the bumpers—giving off a rugged, off-road-ready vibe.
Earlier, the first teaser gave us a glimpse of the front wheel arches, exposing the fender styling and suspension setup. The new teaser adds to the excitement by focusing on the rear profile, which stays true to the Thar’s legacy while transitioning into the electric era.
The Vision.T, previously known as Thar.e, is expected to be the electric version of Mahindra’s popular off-roader, Thar. It is likely to retain the five-door layout and could share its platform and powertrain with the upcoming Mahindra BE6 EV.
This concept is a significant step in Mahindra’s plan to electrify its "iconic" brands starting with the Thar.
The Vision.T will be unveiled alongside a lineup of other electric concepts:
- Vision.S – expected to be the electric Scorpio N
- Vision.SXT – could be the Scorpio N-based electric pickup
- Vision.X – likely to preview the upcoming XUV.e7 or XEV 7e
This showcase will offer a closer look at Mahindra's future in the electric vehicle space.
