In a bid to regain lost market share, Hyundai has announced to launch 26 new cars in India by 2030. The company will launch several all-new cars, EVs, hybrids and new-generations of existing models. Its next big launch will be the next-gen Hyundai Venue, which is expected to go on sale by November 2025. Adding to it, the Korean brand will launch the next-gen i20 and Creta by 2027.
Scheduled to be launched in November 2025, the new-gen Hyundai Venue will receive design and interior changes along with a longer list of features. The SUV will utilise the modified version of the existing platform, which is set to offer better safety. The new-gen Venue will retain the boxy design, but its styling elements will be inspired by bigger Hyundai SUVs, including Creta, Alcazar and Palisade.
The next-gen Hyundai Venue will share the cabin layout with the Creta, featuring a curvilinear screen for infotainment and driver’s display. It is expected to offer more space in the second-row, and features like ventilation, and recline and slide function. It will continue to be offered with the existing engine options, including a 1.0L turbo petrol, a 1.2L NA petrol and a 1.5L turbo diesel.

We informed you earlier that Hyundai has started testing the next-gen i20 in Europe. Now, the hatchback has been caught testing on the Indian roads for the first time. The spotted model was heavily covered in thick cloth, and we have limited details on its styling. However, it appears more boxier and has a tough stance. Spy images from Europe reveals that the hatchback will have a full-width DRLs, a boxy honeycomb grille, smoother surfaces, flatter pillars, a rising beltline and flared wheel arches.
The cabin is likely to receive big changes with all-new dashboard layout, featuring a modern digital cockpit and new features. It is likely to get a connected screen, LEVEL 2 ADAS tech, sunroof, ventilated and powered front seats, etc. The engine options are yet to be revealed, but the hatchback is expected to be offered with multiple petrol engines with mild-hybrid tech. A strong hybrid version could also be introduced.
Hyundai will launch the third generation Creta SUV in India in 2027. It will be launched before the Seltos hybrid. Internally codenamed SX3, the new Hyundai Creta is reportedly to grow in size and will come with all-new design and interior along with multiple powertrain changes.
The SUV is likely to share styling with its bigger sibling, the Palisade, which is also heading to India by 2027-28. It will retain the existing engine options, but the big change will come in the form of hybrid version. The SUV is expected to get a new strong hybrid engine, featuring a 1.5L NA petrol engine, an electric motor and a small battery pack.
