Skoda's first sub-4m SUV has been launched in India It is available in four variants, starting from Rs 7.89 lakh (ex-showroom) Check out which variant is worth buying
The first-ever Skoda compact SUV, the Kylaq, has recently been launched for Indian customers. Priced at Rs 7.89 lakh (ex-showroom), the sub-4m SUV is available in four variants - Classic, Signature, Signature Plus, and Prestige. Each trim is offered with a long list of features which we will discuss here.
The Kylaq takes power only from one engine which is a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit. This TSI engine can deliver a power output of 114 bhp and 178 Nm of torque. The base variants (Classic and Signature) are paired with 6-speed MT while the top-spec models (Signature Plus and Prestige) are available with both 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT.
