The month of November is all set to witness the arrival of two of the most anticipated SUVs. Tata Motors will re-introduce the iconic, Sierra nameplate, in its Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) avatar, while Hyundai will introduce the new-generation Venue on November 4, 2025.
The new Hyundai Venue will come with all-new design and interior along with a longer list of features. It will utilise the same platform that underpins the Kia Syros, which received full 5-star safety rating in BNCAP crash testing. The SUV will retain the boxy shape with styling elements similar to the bigger Hyundai SUVs, including Palisade, Creta and Alcazar.
The all-new front has Palisade-inspired grille and headlamp set-up with C-shaped LED DRLs. The SUV gets smoother surfaces, thick body cladding and prominent bumpers. The all-new Hyundai Venue has a completely revised dashboard layout, featuring a large curved screen for infotainment and instrument panel.
In terms of features, the SUV will get a 360-degree camera, electrically adjustable driver’s seat, ventilated front and rear seats, panoramic sunroof, and LEVEL 2 ADAS. The new Venue will continue to be offered with a 1.2L NA petrol, a 1.0L 3-cylinder turbo petrol and a 1.5L turbo diesel.
Tata Motors will launch the long-awaited Sierra lifestyle SUV in the second week of November 2025. The company will introduce the ICE-powered model next month, while its EV version will arrive by January 2026. Measuring around 4.3 meters in length, the new Sierra will take on the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Victoris, and the upcoming Renault Duster and Nissan Tekton.
The new Sierra ICE will be the first Tata to debut triple screen dashboard comprising a central infotainment unit, an instrument panel and a co-occupant entertainment screen. The SUV will be equipped with features like LEVEL 2 ADAS, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, auto-dimming IRVM, ambient lighting, JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos, dual-zone climate control and panoramic sunroof.
The Tata Sierra will mark debut of two new petrol engines, a 1.5L, 4-cylinder NA and a 1.5L, 4-cylinder turbocharged. The turbo unit is reportedly to offer 170bhp and 280Nm of torque, and is likely to come with 6-speed MT and a 7-speed DCT options. The diesel version could get a 2.0L turbo unit with manual and automatic gearbox choices.
